1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We proudly offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $59.99 to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

- Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7-12 business days (Shipped from our international fulfillment centers)

*Note on Battery-Operated Items: For products containing lithium-ion batteries (such as cordless power tools), shipments are dispatched via secure, battery-compliant international logistics channels to ensure full compliance with transport safety regulations and smooth customs clearance.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For our valued customers in the US, Canada, and Australia, we utilize specialized customs-cleared logistics channels (such as DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) whenever possible to minimize surprise fees. However, any additional local tariffs, import duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
