1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging including all original tools, components, accessories, manuals, and promotional items involved.

2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at IronCoreToolsHot@outlook.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS (WARRANTY)
IronCore Tools products are built to last. We offer a 1-Year Warranty on our electronic and power tools (including motors, batteries, and chargers). If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us at ronCoreToolsHot@outlook.com with clear photos or a short video. Upon verification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
